I get it. I've been there, 6 years ago I started my private practice while I worked at a residential facility. The hours were exhausting. The caseload was overwhelming. And my personal life? Grow a Group Practice
This mastermind group is for solo practice owners who want to hire their first 1-2 clinicians in the next 4-6 months. A mastermind group is composed of like-minded business owners growing their practice together via group consulting.
This group is limited to 8 practice owners and all participants are vetted to ensure each one is a good fit for the group.
Goals of the Mastermind Group:
Review your practice branding and mission as it relates to a group practice.
Explore your current systems and process to determine changes needed in hiring more clinicians
Identify the type of therapist you would like to hire as well as review office space and other logical needs
Determine your business structure and pay model for your clinicians
Create hiring process and implementation such as writing the job description, posting the ad, the interview process, and onboarding
Hire and onboard 1-2 clinicians
Consider hiring an in-house or virtual assistant
Develop a marketing strategy for your group practice such as updating website, social media, directories, introduction to referral sources, ect.
Implement a system for monitoring numbers each week such as inquiry calls, conversion rates, and client retention.
Monitor finances and create profit in your business
